Work, Work, Work
This
has been a very busy and trying week at work. I had several big printer moves to
coordinate and several installations. Plus, lots of calls from HP to keep me
busy. I still love my job, but I was really looking forward to Friday this week.
Whew!
So many of my calls are simple
things that could easily be fixed by anyone. Dirty glass, low toner, turning the
printer on and off. Sigh, I wish all of our help desk folks would do some basic
troubleshooting so as not to waste my time. Maybe I should write a guide, oh
wait, I did, and most of them ignore it. ;-)
