Work problems
These
aren't problems with my actual work, but with the company I am employed by, ARC.
I recently found out that no one has been given a raise in over two years and
that paid time off (Ie. vacation, sick time, personal days) is paid at 0.04
hours for every hour of work, do the math, thats not even two days of vacation a
year. Now, I understand all the high praise that I received from ARC when I was
first hired. The other contractors were already disgruntled. I will not let this
news effect my work, but it is depressing. I can only hope that HP will hire me
directly.
