Mystery Printers


We have a list of printers at work that are not reporting their page count numbers and I have been working to resolve this problem. Some of them had bad network cards. One even had it's network box unplugged. Some remain a mystery to this day. They work fine, I can view every other feature over the web interface, Web JetAdmin . Somehow they still do not report their page counts. Oh well, call me Sherlock Homes, that's what Joni at HP called me when I first started this quest. ;-)
