was looking back through some old posts tonight.
I just got caught up on all my reading of everyone else's. I used to post quite
a bit. I guess I'm too tired some nights to do much of
anything.
Today was half good, and half
frustrating.
It started out fine. I was
all caught up on a few projects and was preparing to work on some paper work.
The only thing I had planned for the day was the installation of a part on a
9000mfp. It was supposed to arrive yesterday. Apparently it did, but was labeled
incorrectly so I had to track it down and have it delivered to the customer. I
wasn't sure when it would arrive. Then I had a call on a printer that had been
plaguing me since last week. Both printers had problems caused by people being
too rough with the machine. I told them I wanted to install a camera to see who
kept abusing them.
Another problem got
called in with all the wrong info, I eventually figured it out and fixed
it.
I still love my job though, it's just
the occasional frustration that drives me crazy.
